Has a room just not felt right? Can't seem to find the right flow? Are you moving into a new home and can't quite figure out how to place your furniture? This Space Planning Package is just for you!
How the Space Planning Package work:
Communication
An introduction call and a specialized questionnaire will help me start building a personalized profile of your space. Current photos of the room and any inspiration photos you would like to include need to be sent after initial call. An in-home consultation will be then scheduled.
In-Home Consultation
Up to 2 hours of an in-home evaluation in the specified room(s) of how to best place your current furniture, furnishings and accessories to best fit the function of your life.
Presentation
I’ll present you with a digital synopsis showing all of your options discussed, a floor layout so you know where to place everything, designer notes and additional support. It couldn’t be easier!
*Note: Designer will not be moving furniture, but may move accessories. Any time spent over 2 hours in one room will then default to regular hourly rate of $60/hour.*
Overview
For those looking for direction to place currently owned furniture, furnishings and accessories in the best way. You don't need new items to help make your home more aesthetically appealing! This consultation is available in Colorado. *Travel rates may apply*
Space Planning Package Options
Package options can be combined into the same visit, spread out over time or purchased al-a-carte.
Family or Living Room
$500
One room of either a family room, living room, great room or the equivalent. Three design board options for the same space are delivered with this option.
*More than one of these same spaces is considered as a quantity of 2 packages.*
Kitchen and Dining Room
$400
One kitchen area and one dining space is included in this package. Three design board options for the same space are delivered with this option.
To add an additional formal dining or eat-in kitchen space to this package is an additional $100.
Master Bedroom
$450
One master bedroom space is included in this package.Three design board options for the same space are delivered with this option.
Add the Master Bathroom or Closet is an additional $100.
Secondary bedrooms can be added for $250/bedroom ONLY if this package has been purchased.

An introduction call and a specialized questionnaire will help me start building a personalized profile of your home. Current photos of the home (if it were to go on the market today) need to be sent PRIOR to the initial call. An in-home consultation will be then scheduled.
In-Home Consultation
Up to 3 hours of an onsite entire home evaluation of how to best place your current furniture, arrange furnishings, declutter and accessorize to help magnify your home in its best light.
Presentation
I’ll present you with a digital synopsis showing all of your options discussed, room-by-room notes, designer special notes and additional phone and email follow-up support. It couldn’t be easier!

For those looking for help with an overall aesthetic but who want to get their hands dirty and be a part of the action. E-design is available throughout the United States. I will handle the room design and layout, provide you with all the tools necessary to implement the design and you get to have fun pulling it together, at your own pace!
