Full Service Rates
Initial Consultation $100
An on-site consultation up to 2 hours with a specialized questionnaire to help me start building a personalized profile of your space.
Hourly Rate $60/hour
Rate is for my services that pertain to and include:
-Design work (on and offsite),
-Communication (including electronically)
-Shopping & research
-Client meetings (including, but not limited to in-person, digital or electronically)
Furniture, Fixtures & Accessories
Large items will be purchased by the client. Anything purchased by the designer with the approval of the client will be charged at my designer cost + Design Fee of 10%.
Travel Rates
Projects are subject to travel rates which depend on the driving miles from main office in Centennial, CO.
